Cosplay Mania 11 is the largest cosplay-centric con in the Philippines — featuring not just one but two major cosplay competitions: the Grand Finals of the nationwide Tournament of Champions II, and the Cosplay Mania’s own annual competition Project Cosplay.

The winner of Cosplay Tournament of Champions II will fly to Singapore to represent the Philippines at Anime Festival Asia 11’s Regional Cosplay Championships.

Also at Cosplay Mania are award-winning international cosplayers from Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand. Clive Lee (Singapore), JiakiDarkness (Thailand), Pinky Lu Xun (Indonesia), and YukiGodbless (Thailand) will be flying to Manila to be part of the event.

They have all represented their countries at prestigious international events such as Anime Festival Asia’s Regional Cosplay Championships and TV Aichi’s World Cosplay Summit.

Cosplay Mania also features a number of cosplay-related games and activities, including the Costube short film competition, the Cosplay Snapshot Project, the Costume Building Contest, the Superhero Quick Change Competition, plus rocking musical performances by J-pop Anime Singing Contest Grand Champions Himitsu Heiki and other local J-rock cover bands.

Cosplay Mania 11 will take place on the 1st and 2nd of October 2011 at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City. Tickets will be available at SM Ticketing outlets or the gate for PhP 150 (Fiesta Hall + Stage Hall) or PhP 100 (Fiesta Hall only). See you guys there!
