In other “free shit we can’t have” — the September issue of girls monthly comic Ribbon (released in last 3rd August) has a starter kit for budding manga-ka included for free in their latest issue.

The free manga-ka starter kit includes manuscript paper, screen tone, three different kinds of pens, and small booklet teaching beginners manga techniques to young (and not-so-young) learners.
