Via Facebook: Warner Brothers Philippines has confirmed the Manila release dates of the second and third Rurouni Kenshin films! “Kyoto Inferno” (also known as “The Great Kyoto Fire”) is scheduled for release on 20th August 2014, while “The Legend Ends” is slated for a 24th September 2014 release.

This is a wide release and is not exclusive to a single cinema chain.

Rurouni Kenshin (also known as “Samurai X”) was one of the biggest anime franchises from the 90s. The Rurouni Kenshin film adaptation was directed by Ootomo Keishi, and stars Satou Takeru and Take Emi.
