Sign up for an account at DMM.com, or if you already have one just log on. Switch the site language from English to Japanese (日本語) by clicking the link at the top right of your screen.
Hit F12 to open your browser’s the Developer toolbar, and click on the Console tab. Copy and paste the lines below in the blank Console tab and hit the Enter key to Save.

And that’s pretty much it! You can now play Touken Ranbu, Kantai Collection, and all the other DMM games on offer!
As an additional tip, we suggest downloading Chrome (or a different Chrome-based browser if you already use Chrome) to use as a dedicated browser just for DMM games, so you don’t have to keep overriding DMM’s region flag whenever you refresh your cookies and other stuff. 進め、審神者！
