Japanese convenience store chain Family Mart fires its opening salvo at the Philippine market with the opening of its first store at Glorietta 3, Makati City (MAP).
Family Mart is best known among fans of Japanese pop culture as one of the key endorsements contracts held by virtual idol Hatsune Miku.
Family Mart Glorietta 3 offers the usual convenience store fare and then some — delicious fresh sandwiches, Japanese-style bento, even onigiri and Calbee potato snacks. They also sell their own line of signature chocolate snacks made in Japan.
A second branch at Ayala MRT Station will also be opening soon.
