Ever wondered what the atmosphere like was in an “izakaya” or Japanese pub? Wonder no more as the Japan Foundation Manila brings you Japan A La Carte — Nihongo Bunka Taiken.

The theme for the 31st August 2012 program is “Izakaya”. Participants will be introduced to izakaya drinks and dishes, business and table manners, and casual conversational Japanese.

Japan A La Carte will be held at the Japan Foundation Manila, Pacific Star Building, Gil Puyat corner Makati Avenues, Makati City.

The minimum age for participation is eighteen years old. A fee of PhP 300 will be collected from participants to cover food and drinks.
