TOrCH 2012 pits winning cosplay pairs from semifinal rounds held all over the Philippines, to vie for the honor of being the Philippine representative to the prestigious Anime Festival Asia Regional Cosplay Championships in Singapore.

22nd September 2012 @ SM Manila Cyberzone Activity Center
The TOrCH Finals that will take place on 30th September 2012 at Cosplay Mania 12, to be held at the SMX Convention Center, SM Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
