Sega has announced the release of a special Hatsune Miku PSP bundle. The Hatsune Miku Project Diva 2nd Ippai Pack will hit the streets alongside the second installment of the Project Diva game series. The release date is slated for 29th July 2010.

Inside the box is a turquoise green PSP3000 unit, a Project Diva 2nd UMD, a pouch, a cleaning cloth, and a strap. Each bundle will be priced at JPY 26,980 or approximately USD 270.

There has been no word yet on whether this is a numbered release (similar to the Final Fantasy PSP bundles) and if so, how many units will be produced.

For current PSP owners, there are also two separate accessory packs you can purchase to Miku-fy your unit.

The Hatsune Miku Project Diva 2nd Accessory Set includes a pouch, a UMD case, a cleaning cloth, a silicon cover, a strap and decals for your PSP unit (these items will not be identical to the ones in the PSP bundle). The accessory set is priced at JPY 3980 or about USD 40.

Lastly, for fans on a budget, the Hatsune Miku Project Diva 2nd Accessory Pouch includes a pouch and a strap, for just JPY 1980 or USD 40. They will be available for pre-order from your favorite online retailer or Japanese brick-and-mortar stores very soon.
