Kotobukiya Hakuouki Shinsengumi Kitan One Coin Figures

Hakuouki Shinsengumi Kitan is a dating simulation released by Idea Factory for the PS2, PSP and NDS. The series has also spawned an anime currently running this spring broadcast season.

Hakuouki is the story of Yukimura Chizuru, who is searching for her missing father. After witnessing a fight between demons and the Shinsengumi, she is taken into their custody as they themselves are looking for Yukimura’s father.

Each Hakuouki figure comes equipped with a magnetic head on a universal ball joint so you can mix and match as you like! Also included are special metal bases with each figure for display and exclusive character cards. Collect all 9 cards to form illustrator Kazukiyone’s brand new recreation of Hajime Saito!

The completed set includes: Toshizo Hijikata, Hajime Saito, Souji Okita, Shinpachi Nagakura, Sanosuke Harada, Chikage Kazama, Heisuke Todo, Souji Okita (Western Uniform), and Hajime Saito (Western Uniform). Each super deformed mini figure stands at approximately 2 inches tall, and is sold as blind box figures for JPY 500 or about USD 5.50 each.

Thanks to Mr. Nakagawa of Kotobukiya for the advanced information.

    Hi! I’ve just started watching the anime series of Hakuouki and I’m really interested in buying these figures. Unfortunately, my Japanese is not fluent enough to order it in the Kotobukiya online store. Is there a way for me to order it thru a shop in the Philippines?

    …I’m sorry… I’m very new at these things, so I just don’t know where to begin.

    1. Kotobukiya has an English-language store over at http://store.kotous.com/ — why not try ordering there? 🙂

    I actually browsed through the website but I think it’s not available there. It seems most of the items there are from DC Comics, Star Wars, and Capcom. ;____;

    …it’s at times like these when I wish I know someone who lives in Japan… orz
