SM City Marilao is proud to announce the Grand Launch Day of their free mall-wide Wi-Fi service on 20th November 2009!
SM City Marilao is inviting ten (10) gaming and anime cosplayers to play a major part in the festivities at the launch!
To receive invites, please leave a comment at this post with your name, your e-mail address, and a link to a photo of you with the costume you intend to don at the event.
Selections will be made from these entries, and priority will be given to cosplayers who live in Bulacan and Northern Metro Manila. Applications will be closed when all ten slots are filled. Selected cosplayers will be notified via e-mail.
Cosplayers invited to the Launch Day are expected to fulfill the following responsibilities:
• Each of the ten cosplayers is expected to be at the pick-up venue at 9AM sharp. Latecomers may be removed from the line-up. Transportation will be provided by the organizers.
• Cosplayers are expected to do their own hair and make-up. Cosplayers may be provided with proper dressing rooms, but in case of unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from using the dressing area, please use the nearest rest room.
• Since this is a family-friendly event, please make sure that your costumes are not revealing. For ladies with short skirts, please make sure you wear the proper undergarments to prevent wardrobe malfunctions.
• Cosplayers are expected to follow the instructions of the SM Marilao staff and Launch Day event coordinators. Failure to do so may result in the removal of the cosplayer from the line-up, and forfeit of any compensation that they are to receive.
Since the event is on a weekday, please make sure that your schedule will accommodate the event. Neither SM Marilao nor magnetic-rose.net will be responsible for any repercussions that may result from your participation at the event.
Participants will be provided with the following perks:
• transport to and from the pick-up point to SM City Marilao
• packed lunch for one
• freebies from event sponsors

may I ask where is the pickup venue? medyo malaki kasi yung costume ko eh… iniisip ko kung magtatransport nalang ako papunta sa event if ever…. -from commonwealth

the pick up point will most probably be SM NORTH EDSA. as for your costume, i’ll be confirming with the event organizers if thay can accommodate your larger costume. thanks!
