November 21st and 22nd have been set as the dates for Anime Festival Asia 2009, as announced on the official website of the Singapore Tourism Board.
Unverifiable reports and fan speculation suggest that this year’s guests may include anime superband JAM PROJECT, among others. Additional updates on the special guests, exclusive events, and other activities will be made public as soon as they have been confirmed.
AFA is one of the largest cons in the South East Asia region, attracting attendees from as far away as Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Bangkok, and Metro Manila. A sizable Philippine contingent attended last year’s con to witness Mizuki Ichiro and May’n give their first South East Asian performances.

i’d like to get another VIP pass — depending on the guest, of course. but then again, having the pass was so much more convenient than buying a ticket and joining the queue of d00m, that i might get one anyway regardless of who the guest is!

i am a pinay jin…over stay sa japan nadeport po ako napauwi ako dito sa pilipinas.may anak ako sa braziljin.pero permanent na po xia sa japan..sabi nila sa imigration samen magpakasal daw kami at ayusin ang papel para makabalik kami ng baby ko sa japan…every 3months nauwi po yung bf ko dito sa pilipinas..pinirmahan din po nya yung birthcertificate ng baby namin.sa madaling salita hindi naman po nya kami pinabayaan o kinalimutan ng baby ko dito sa pinas…sa kasalukuyan mag 3years na po kmi ng baby ko dto sa pilipinas…tanung ko lang po sana kung may chance pa kaming makablik ng japan?salamat po
