Singapore (23 Sept 2025) – Anime Festival Asia Singapore 2025 (#AFASG25), the ultimate celebration of anime, cosplay, and gaming in the region, returns from 28 to 30 November at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre. Organisers shared tonight over a live stream key updates on its concerts, stage content, Meet and Greet sessions, and personalities who will be attending the festival. Attendees can expect an epic experience to celebrate the latest in Japanese pop culture – with exclusive content, amazing concerts, and even the chance to meet their favourite artists!

Multiple ticketing tiers are available for fans at AFASG25, with tickets starting from SGD22. To date, 3-Day Cat 1 VIP tickets have been sold out. 

At its core, Anime Festival Asia is made up of three pillars: the Night Concerts featuring live performances by anisong and J-pop stars direct from Japan, the Day Stages featuring special anime industry insider talk shows and exclusive screenings, and  the massive Akiba Town exhibition hall – with  top exhibitors and merchandisers, Akiba Stage, Creators Hub, Cosplay Hub, Food Street, and GameOn! gaming zone.

The Journey Continues on Day Stage with “Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End” Season 2

In a world where the Demon King has been defeated, the elf mage Frieren, who lived over a thousand years, embarks on a journey to understand the human heart after her companion, hero Himmel’s passing. Along the way, she is joined by Fern, a young mage raised by her former companion Heiter, and Stark, a warrior and disciple of her other companion Eisen, as they aim for the land where souls rest, Aureole.

“Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX” Explodes on Day Stage

Amate Yuzuriha is a high-school student living peacefully in a space colony floating in outer space. When she meets a girl named Nyaan, Amate is drawn into the illegal mobile suit dueling sport known as Clan Battle.

Under the entry name “Machu,” she throws herself into fierce battle day after day, piloting the GQuuuuuuX. Find Your Way Around the “Labyrinth” on Day Stage

Shiori is an ordinary high school girl yearning for viral fame on social media. One day after a crack forms on her smartphone, her real-life self is replaced by her digital counterpart, “SHIORI,” who emerges from the smartphone world. Trapped in the smartphone world instead, Shiori is powerless and forced to watch as her counterfeit self energetically rises to stardom as a pop icon and influencer. Meet & Greet Sayumi Suzushiro and  Kana Ichinose

Sayumi Suzushiro is a Japanese voice actress and singer from Kanagawa Prefecture, affiliated with Arts Vision. She won the Best Rookie Award at the 14th Seiyu Awards in 2020 for her work as a voice actress. She is known for her roles as Nijika Ijichi in Bocchi the Rock!, Uruka Takemoto in We Never Learn, and as a member of the musical idol group Kessoku Band.

Kana Ichinose is a Japanese voice actress known for Suletta Mercury in Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury, Hikaru Kamisaki in Medalist, Yuzuriha Ogawa in Dr. Stone. In Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End, she voices Fern.

Sally Amaki was born in Los Angeles, California, USA. She is a member of the digital idol and voice actors’ project “22/7”, produced by Yasushi Akimoto.In addition to her native English, she is fluent in Spanish and Japanese. She is active as an idol, voice actress, and YouTuber.

She has also served as the main MC for major events, including “Aniplex Online Fest” and the “Crunchyroll Anime Awards,” and has performed at international conventions such as “Anime Festival Asia,” utilising her language skills to communicate with overseas audiences.
