The Best of Anime 2013 is set for the 14th and 15th of September 2013 at Function Rooms 4 and 5 of the SM Mall of Asia SMX Convention Center (MAP)! With lots of activities and contests for manga, gaming, and cosplay fans — there’s something for everyone at one of the Philippines’ biggest anime conventions!

The event features a whole slew of activities — cosplay competitions, art contests, photo contests, video contests, and a band competition! Please see below for a listing of rules (click on the images to zoom).
