The Japan Information and Culture Center (JICC), Embassy of Japan, is now accepting applications for the 2014 Japanese Government Scholarships.
These categories are open to all Filipino citizens satisfying the requirements listed below.
Undergraduate
– High school graduate
– Good academic standing
– 17 -21 years old
– 5 years of study in Japan
– Social Sciences, Humanities and Natural Sciences
Special Training
– High school graduate
– Good academic standing
– 17 -21 years old
– 3 years of study in Japan
– Engineering, Electronics, Nutrition, Infant Educ., Secretarial Studies, Tourism, Fashion, Dress Making, Design, Photography, etc.
Research
– College graduate
– Clear and feasible research proposal
– Good academic standing
– Under 35 years old
– 1.5 – 5 years of study in Japan
– Social Sciences, Humanities and Natural Sciences

Free scholarship consultations are also held at the Library of the Embassy of Japan every Friday at 9:00 AM – 12:00 NN and 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM.
