Cosplayers can also join in win at the 2013 J-pop Anime Singing Contest! The 2013 J-pop Anime Singing Contest Mini Cosplay Contest is open to all Filipino cosplayers from all ages who can cosplay character from Japanese anime, manga, movies, TV series, ans J-Pop/J-Rock personalities.

Interested cosplayers are required to submit to the JICC a duly-accomplished application form, and include a 2×2 ID picture, a full body photograph of themselves in their chosen costume, and a full body reference photo of the character they are portraying.
