Marugoto: Japanese Language and Culture @ The JFM

The Japan Foundation Manila is inviting all Japanese language beginners, seventeen years old and above, to attend Marugoto: Japanese Language and Culture. This course is tailored for learners who are just starting out and have no prior knowledge of Nihongo.

Lessons will cover basic grammar and everyday phrases that you can use within the context of Japanese settings — such as eating out, visiting friends, etc. The course will enable learners to speak simple Japanese right away, however the reading and writing of Japanese characters will not be taken up.

The course will take place from the 16th to the 29th October 2012, Mondays to Saturdays at 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM. The lessons will be held at the Japan Foundation Manila, Pacific Star Building, Gil Puyat corner Makati Avenues, Makati City.

A fee of PhP 3800 will be collected to cover texts and CDs. Applications will be accepted until 15th October 2012. For the application form and other details, please visit the JFM website at jfm.org.ph.
