Event organizers announced today at their press conference that four of South East Asia’s most talented and feted cosplayers will be arriving in Manila in early October for Cosplay Mania 11.

The four guests making an appearance at Cosplay Mania 11 are (from left to right): Pinky Lu Xun (Indonesia), JiakiDarkness (Thailand), YukiGodbless (Thailand), and Clive Lee (Singapore).

Pinky — along with her cosplay partner Orochi X, were the Indonesian finalists for AFA 09’s Regional Cosplay Championships. Clive is one of her compatriots, representing Singapore in the same competition — he and his partner Caroline took home the title on that year.

Meanwhile, the Thai pair of Jiaki and Yuki were finalists to the 2011 World Cosplay Summit in Nagoya. They also represented Thailand at the 2010 Animax and HKTB Kong Kong Halloween Treats Party, where I joined them as the official Philippine blogger.

Cosplay Mania 11 which will be happening on 1st and 2nd October at the SMX Convention Center, SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City. This is the fourth installment of the wildly popular cosplay-centric convention.
